Submitter rationale: The p.P2222H variant (also known as c.6665C>A), located in coding exon 15 of the APC gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 6665. The proline at codon 2222 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with similar properties. This alteration was identified in an individual diagnosed with breast and/or ovarian cancer (Tran VT et al.
