Submitter rationale: The p.T350I variant (also known as c.1049C>T), located in coding exon 5 of the RET gene, results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 1049. The threonine at codon 350 is replaced by isoleucine, an amino acid with similar properties. This variant was identified in a cohort of 681 ancestrally diverse, healthy subjects (Bodian DL et al.
