Pathogenic for Junctional epidermolysis bullosa with pyloric atresia — the classification assigned by Department of Pediatrics, Division of Medical Genetics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University to NM_000213.5(ITGB4):c.794dup (p.Ala266fs): Homozygous of c.794dupC variants in ITGB4 gene were identified in the patient with Epidermolysis bullosa, and were absent from large population studies (genomAD) database). This variant meets ACMG criteria to be classified as pathogenic based upon null variant, absent from controls, multiple lines of computational evidence support a deleterious effect on the gene and patient’s phenotype or family history is highly specific for the disease.
