Pathogenic for Wilms tumor 1; Drash syndrome; 11p partial monosomy syndrome; Frasier syndrome — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000011.9:g.(?_32421484)_(32421600_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 6 of the WT1 gene. This deletion is out-of-frame, and is expected to create a premature termination codon and result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in WT1 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 15150775). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with WT1-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
