Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000005.9:g.(?_13931209)_(13931363_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is an in-frame deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 2 of the DNAH5 gene. It preserves the integrity of the reading frame. Similar deletions of exon 2 have been observed in individual(s) with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PMID: 26139845). It has also been observed to segregate with disease in related individuals. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
