NM_018076.5(ODAD2):c.1484G>A (p.Gly495Asp) was classified as Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G495D variant (also known as c.1484G>A), located in coding exon 10 of the ARMC4 gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 1484. The glycine at codon 495 is replaced by aspartic acid, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
