Likely pathogenic for Distal symphalangism; Abnormality of the dentition — the classification assigned by Center of Excellence in Genomics and Precision Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University to NM_004560.4(ROR2):c.2305C>T (p.Gln769Ter), citing ACMG Guidelines, 2015: The c.2305C>T missense variant in ROR2 was identified in a Thai family with distal symphalangism and dental anomalies. This variant was present in the proband and the mother. Yang L. et al. (2024) reported a ROR2 variant associated with distal symphalangism. Biedziak B. et al. (2022) and Tamhankar P.M. et al. (2014) reported ROR2 variants associated with dental anomalies. In summary, the c.2305C>T variant is classified as likely pathogenic according to ACMG guidelines.
