Description

c.6274-10C>T in intron 29 of MYO15A: This variant is not expected to have clinic al significance because it has been identified in 0.5% (82/15284) of South Asian chromosomes by the Exome Aggregation Consortium (ExAC, http://exac.broadinstitu te.org; dbSNP rs201459354) and because a C>T at this position does not divert fr om splice consensus.
