Show detailsThe Committee on Framework for Evaluating the Safety of Dietary Supplements and the Food and Nutrition Board and Board on Life Sciences staff are grateful for the time and effort of the many contributors who participated in the workshops and meetings leading up to this report. Through openly sharing their considerable expertise and perspectives, these individuals brought clarity and focus to the challenging task of developing a useable and science-based framework for evaluating the safety of dietary supplement ingredients.
