The Influenza Virus Resource presents data obtained from the NIAID Influenza Genome Sequencing Project as well as from GeoBank, combined with tools for flu sequence analysis, annotation, and submission to GeoBank. In addition, it provides links to other resources that contain flu sequences, publications, and general information about flu viruses. This screen shot of the Influenza Virus Resource shows an example of the ways to find and retrieve information in the Resource. Options include Database, Genome Set, Alignment, Tree, BLAST, Annotation, and FTP. The left side of the screen shows the menu options for the NCBI.
