Ang-IV-stimulated expression of calreticulin increases its secretion into the extracellular medium. Lung endothelial cell monolayers in RPMI 1640 containing 1μM Ang-IV or RPMI 1640 only (Con) were incubated for 2 hr at 37° C. After incubation, 60 ml of media were collected and concentrated, and calreticulin was indentified by immunoblot analysis. A: representative data drom 1 of 3 independent experiments.
