Summary of Use during Lactation

Information in this record refers to the use of oxygen-15 radiopharmaceuticals as diagnostic agents. United States and international authorities state that breastfeeding need not be interrupted after administration of radiopharmaceuticals containing oxygen-15.[1,2]
