Lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease at higher magnification (same biopsy as figure 129.12). Within the background of lymphocytes and histiocytes are scattered large lobated cells having a fine chromatin pattern, relatively small nucleoli, and sparse cytoplasm æ so-called L and H cells.
