Normalized mean intensity profiles of Alexa 488–labeled streptavidin in 1.5% w/v 40:60 gelatin–agarose gel for experimental run times as indicated in the graph. The “n” values displayed adjacent to the profile labels represent the number of composite QFP profiles utilized in the evaluation of mean intensity profiles. The profiles were normalized based upon the mean intensity value at the surface of the gel initially adjacent to the TAD membrane (0 μm in the chart).
