Prevention Dissemination and Implementation (Put Prevention Into Practice) aims to improve delivery of appropriate clinical preventive services. The program disseminates the USPSTF recommendations in multiple formats and facilitates health care delivery systems' implementation of evidence-based preventive services through partnerships, communication, user-driven tools, and outreach.
