Description

Mature male flowers and pollen were collected from a single weedy population of Ambrosia trifida growing in Louisville, KY, USA. mRNA was isolated using the Invitrogen FastTrack 2.0 Kit. The cDNA Library was generated using the CloneMiner cDNA Library Construction Kit (Invitrogen). Sequences have been trimmed to exclude vector.
