Description

MN-BM-A01 has many good fermentation characteristics, and its most prominent ability is exopolysaccharides (EPSs) producing. EPSs produced by LAB in fermented milk or yogurt improve the viscosity, body, texture, and taste of the final product. In addition, LAB-derived EPSs contribute to human health through their potential anti-tumor, anti-ulcer, immunomodulating, and cholesterol-lowering properties.
