Description

Bacillus velezensis G341 was isolated from 4-year-old roots of Korean ginseng with rot symptoms. B. velezensis G341 can suppress plant pathogens by producing antagonistic active compounds. Whole genome sequence information of B. velezensis and comparative analysis will help establish a foundation for the prevention of detrimental diseases.
