GtRNAdb is an RNAcentral consortium member that scans complete or nearly complete genomes for tRNA gene predictions using the program tRNAscan-SE (Lowe & Eddy, Nucl Acids Res 25: 955-964, 1997). All entries in this project are TPA on sequences containing genomic tRNAs.
