To characterize the dynamics of the immune response to vaccination in
human volunteers, three individuals were given influenza vaccination and blood samples were taken at -8days, -2d, -1hour, +1h, +1d, +3d, +7d, +14d, +21d, +28d. The samples were sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform.
