The coevolution of ant-fungus agriculture

In order to better understand the coevolution of ant-cultivated fungi and fungus-farming ants, we produced phylogenomic data for Ultra-Conserved Elements (UCEs) for 475 fungi (including 288 ant-cultivated fungi) and 276 ants (including 208 fungus-farming ants).
