The objective of the present described study focused on the identification of the molecular mechanisms involved in the initiation of fruit stress leading to induced resistance and the enhance development of lenticel discoloration in the Shelly mango variety in Israel, by performing a detailed transcriptomic analysis after Hot water brush at 4 time points: 0, 4, 17 and 48 hours following the Hot Water Brush and the controls at the same time points.
