In order to understand effects of defective circadian clock on the global barley transcriptome, we analyzed the diel and circadian leaf transcriptomes in the barley cultivar Bowman and derived introgression lines carrying mutations in EARLY FLOWERING 3 (ELF3), LUX1, and EARLY MATURITY 7 (EAM7).
