Accordingly, we analyzed the population structure, antimicrobial resistance pattern, mobile genetic elements (MGEs), clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) and CRISPR associated genes (CRISPR-cas) of salmonella enterica isolates, isolated from water samples after Hurricane Florence.
