We determined the repertoire of transcripts simultaneously bound by Mmi1 and Mei2 through sequential immunoprecipitations followed by high-throughput sequencing of associated RNAs (seqRIP-seq)
Overall design: Total (WCE) and Immunoprecipitated (IP) RNAs from the Pnmt41-TAP-Mmi1 Pnmt1-3xFLAG-Mei2 and Pnmt41-GFP-Mmi1 Pnmt1-3xFLAG-Mei2 (negative control) strains were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing from biological duplicates.
