Root-associated and soil microbiota of rice under different water managements and growth stages

The microbiota associated to paddy soil and root was investigated using 454 pyrosequencing of 16S (Prokaryotes), ITS (Fungi) and 18S (AM fungi) amplicons under two different water managements, upland (non-flooded) and lowland (traditional flooding) and at three plant development stages (tillering, panicle formation and milky stage).
