DHS study in grass

We reported genome-wide DNase I-hypersensitive site (DHS) maps from diverse tissues (leaf, stem, and root) in the three grasses

The comprehensive DHS maps offers an unprecedented view of the transcriptional regulatory elements in the studied grasses in vivo and can be expected to serve as a valuable resource for elucidation of transcriptional networks controlling cold and other physiological processes
