For the screening and identification of sRNAs from T. asperellum DQ-1 interacting with tomato roots, total RNA was extracted from samples taken at different periods during the interaction (0, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours post-infection, hpi) ,and used to construct a small RNA library for sequencing.
