NDC80 in Plasmodium Chromosome Segregation

The behavior and composition of the outer kinetochore NDC80 complex was studied in order to understand the diverse modes of cell division in Plasmodium parasites, including atypical endomitosis and endoreduplication. ChIP-seq was done in order to investigate the localization of NDC80 during male gametogenesis.
