Since numerous evidences indicates that animals co-evolve with their microbiota, species-specific patterns of microbiota of the amphipods and environment can be expected, we investigated microbiota composition between crustaceans (Orchestia montagui and Tylos europaeus ) and their environment using an NGS approach.
