Targeted Bisulfite sequencing of 8 pools of DNA from 4 time points for a total 190 individuals.
Samples were from two cohorts, MAVIDOS: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S2213-8587(16)00044-9 (~4 and ~28 year timepoints) and Hertfordshire: https://doi.org/10.1093/ije/dyi127 (~63 and ~78 year timepoints)

PCR was carried out using a fluidigm 48.48 array.
Two batches of Illumina sequencing were carried out for different tRNA genes with some overlap for sites which did not get good coverage in the first round.
