Genome Information for Sorghum bicolor
To clarify the underlying genetic mechanisms of fertility restoration in Japanese sorghum F1 cultivars, we conducted QTL mapping of a major Rf locus using a series of informative SSR markers and pedigree analysis using ten lines (seven restores and three relatives).
