Cupriavidus necator NH9 genome project

See Genome Information for Cupriavidus necator
Cupriavidus necator strain NH9, a 3-chlorobenzoate-degrading bacterium, was isolated from soil in Japan. The complete genome sequence of NH9 was obtained via PacBio long-read sequencing. Transcriptome profiling of NH9 was also investigated using MiSeq short-read sequencing. These obtained data may contribute to reveal the aromatics degradation abilities of NH9.
