To understand the viral transcriptomes of Ostreid herpesvirus 1 and immune response of Scapharca broughtonii against Ostreid herpesvirus 1 along the infection process, samples were collected at different time points after experimental infection, and transcriptomes of them was sequenced with Illumina.
