Aim of the project is to compare the molecular signatures between two different cell types of Jew tree.
More...Aim of the project is to compare the molecular signatures between two different cell types of Jew tree. Next generation sequencing technology including Roche 454 and Solexa-Illumina, a combination of deep sequencing technologies have been used to reach this goal.
A total of 860,800 reads of average length 351 bp generated 301 MB of sequence. From this sequence data, 36,906 contigs were assembled de novo of average length 700 bp. Maximum length 10,355 bp, with 8,865 contigs as 1 kb.
