More...Taisui is an unknown object that has been recorded in many ancient Chinese books and is constantly discovered in modern times. It is white, yellow or reddish brown, with obvious fibrous texture like rubber, and is found in the soil layer. It has been found that there are many species including bacteria, fungi, archaea, and myxobacteria, but there is no research on the dominant species in Taisui. In addition, the DNA of the bacteria in Taisui is obtained by a special method. After amplification with the 16S V3-4 region, it reveals that the dominant flora is Pseudomonas(OTU 16) and Acinetobacter(OTU 10) by the high-throughput sequencing analysis of the bacterial population structure.
