To investigate the molecular changes (at mRNA level) associate with dafachronric acid and the nuclear hormone receptor DAF-12 in Haemonchus contortus following exsheathment of the third-stage larvae (xL3s), total RNA was extracted from each of the replicates (n = 4) of xL3s, processed and sequenced for mRNA reads/sequences.
