More...We assembled and binned the metagenomic datasets of the COGITO project. Assembly was done using SPAdes v3.10, while binning was done using anvi'o and CONCOCT to produce manually curated and thus consistent MAG sequences with low redundancy. Select MAGs were also reassembled from mapped reads, to produce reassembled MAGs with fewer, longer contigs.
