To pinpoint the role of Tespa1 during positive selection, we classified thymocytes into different stages of positive selection (P2, pre-selection; P3, under-selection; P4, post-selection) for sorting. We then compared the transcriptome of thymocytes from WT, Themis-/- and Tespa1-/- mice.
