We performed the whole genome bisulfite sequencing to detect the DNA methylation between the wild type ES cells and Smchd1 mutant ES cells Overall design: Three biological replicates per genotype; DNA was isolated individually from each replicate; three samples for WT and Smchd-KO mutant were sequenced twice.
