1 additional project is a component of the The chromosomal protein SMCHD1 regulates DNA methylation by antagonizing TET proteins.
We performed the whole genome bisulfite sequencing to detect the DNA methylation between the wild type ES cells and Smchd1 mutant ES cells
Overall design: Three biological replicates per genotype; DNA was isolated individually from each replicate; three samples for WT and Smchd-KO mutant were sequenced twice.
