The key role of temperature during culture enrichment on methanotrophic polyhydroxyalkanoate production

The study presented here aimed at systematically elucidating the influence of temperature during culture enrichment on the PHA synthetizing capacity, kinetics and stoichiometric characteristics, and population structure of microbial communities enriched using Sphagnum peat moss and a mixture of Sphagnum and activated sludge as inoculum.
