The Whole Genome Project aims to provide 'reference genomes' of Massilia, Telluria, Duganella and Pseudoduganella culture collection strains for identifying useful genes for taxonomic classification, risk/safety assessment, and industrial application, and for understanding the structure and evolution of microbial genomes.
