Arabidopsis thaliana (thale cress)

Genome-wide H3K4me3 change for Arabidopsis in response to dark stress

See Genome Information for Arabidopsis thaliana
To explore the epigenetic marks’ regulatory mechanisms in response to darkness, in this study, we performed histone 3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3) ChIP-seq using Arabidopsis whole plants exposed to 3-day darkness treatment or exposed to normal light condition as a control with two independent biological replicates. ChIPed DNA was used for library construction and sequencing by the Beijing Genomics Institute.
