To characterize gut microbiome in early inpatients after implementing heart valvular replacement(HVR) and compare the fecal microbiota composition and functionality among low warfarin responders (LR),high warfarin responders (HR) and control warfarin responders (CONTROL),then evaluate the potential of microbiome as factors in modulating the dosage of warfarin for preventing GI bleeding and thromboembolic events.
