Differential gene expression analysis of RNA extracted from omental tumors from Foxn1nu NU/J athymic female mice injected with cells from the human ovarian tumor cell line SKOV3ip-GFP followed by oral treatment with either R-ketorolac or a placebo.
More...Differential gene expression analysis of RNA extracted from omental tumors from Foxn1nu NU/J athymic female mice injected with cells from the human ovarian tumor cell line SKOV3ip-GFP followed by oral treatment with either R-ketorolac or a placebo. R-ketorolac is an inhibitor of Rac1 and Cdc42 GTPases. Mice were provided placebo or 1 mg/kg/d of R-ketorolac to approximate human dose of racemic drug. Drug treatment continued for 14 days before sacrifice and collection of tumor tissue. Extracted RNA was sequenced on the Ion Proton S5/XL platform.
