More...The dataset includes six virus freshwater metagenomics samples collected in the euphotic zone (90cm-1m) between 2013 October and June 2014 at the Lac d'Allier (Vichy - France). Samples were prefiltered on 150 - 50 μm filters and collected on 0.2 μm filters. Paired-end reads (2x300pb) sequencing was done with an Illumina MiSeq.
