Genome Information for Crassostrea gigas
In this work, we performed RNA-sequencing for Crassostrea gigas, 2 hour 35 ℃ heat shock were used for response genes finding and the RNAi of HSF1 with or without heat shock were designed for the genes regulated by HSF1 in response to heat shock.
