To determine the differentially expressed genes between these subsets and identify the core human in vivo differentiated Tr1 cell gene signature
Overall design: Human Tr1 and IL-10 neg cells were sorted using an IL-10capture assay following 16h CD3/CD28 bead activation, matched Tregs were sorted from unstimulated cells then activated by CD3/CD28 beads for 16h. Samples are from 3 donors from 3 independent experiments (HIF037, HIF038 and HIF039).
