Expression analysis of the WNT4 gene from Portunus trituberculatus was performed, which demonstrated that PtWNT4 may be involved in larval development, and its differential expression in tissues before and after RNAi interference (RNAi) was important to understand the molecular mechanisms of limb regeneration in crustaceans.
