Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis strain:E9

Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis E9 Genome sequencing and assembly

See Genome Information for Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis
Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis E9 came from the microorganism collection of Laboratory of Microbiology and Animal Immunology of the Federal University of Vale do São Francisco and was isolated from goat mammary found in Pernambuco state, confirmed by biochemical tests (catalase, CAMP tests, maltose, esculin test, nitrate reduction test and determinations of the presence of urease and DNAse).
